Who sells what

MifBridge is made by Mifsopo ("Mif"), who holds its copyright and grants the license you buy. The payment is taken by Stripe, which sells it to you as the merchant of record: Stripe calculates and collects any sales tax, VAT or GST, and sends your receipt and invoice. Paying is also subject to Stripe’s own terms.

What you buy

A license to MifBridge (the Unreal Engine plugin and its MCP server) on the terms of the LICENSE file that comes with it. Buying it here is the copyright holder’s written grant under section 1 of that license: you may install and use MifBridge on any number of machines you control, including for commercial work, and modify it for your own use. What you make with it is yours; nothing in the license attaches to your output.
The downloads: the plugin for each Unreal Engine version it supports, the MifBlender add-on for Blender (which carries its own MIT license), and Download all. They are the same files that are sold on Fab.
Updates published here for MifBridge, at no extra cost: your downloads always serve the newest version.

Your license ID, like MB-7K3Q-9XWD, is in your purchase email and in My purchases. Quote it when you contact support.

Personal and Professional

Both give exactly the same rights. They differ only in who may buy them, the same way as on Fab:

Personal is for you if, when you buy, you (together with any entity that controls you or is under common control with you) have earned no more than US$100,000 in gross revenue from commercial work in the digital content industry in the last 12 months. Advances received and funds raised count as revenue.
Professional is for everyone else.

If your revenue passes that limit after you bought Personal, you do not need to upgrade. If you bought Personal when you were not eligible for it, you must pay the difference to Professional when asked.

What you may not do

From the license, in short: do not publish, share, resell, sublicense, host or otherwise make MifBridge available to anyone else, in any form; do not ship it inside a product except as the compiled result of your own project that does not expose MifBridge itself; do not remove its license or notices; and do not use it to build a competing product for distribution.

Price and tax

Prices are in US dollars and include tax: you pay the price shown, and any sales tax, VAT or GST is part of it. Stripe may show you the price in your own currency, converted at its rate.

Delivery

As soon as your payment clears, a link to your downloads is emailed to you and shown on the page Stripe returns you to. The link expires after 30 days; your purchase does not. Get a fresh link any time at Get a new download link, or sign in to My purchases with Discord.

Refunds

All sales are final. MifBridge is delivered as soon as you pay, so purchases are not refundable, except where the law gives you a right to cancel, or where Stripe, as merchant of record, refunds a payment under its own policies. A refunded or disputed purchase ends the license it granted: its downloads close, and the Owner role on Discord is taken back.

Discord

Connecting Discord is optional. It gives you the Owner role in the MifBridge Discord while you own a paid purchase, and lets you see your purchases in My purchases. The role is a courtesy, not part of the license, and the server’s own rules apply there.

No warranty

MifBridge drives a live editor and can change your project. It is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind, and to the extent the law allows, liability for anything arising from it is limited to what you paid for it. None of this takes away rights the law gives you as a consumer that cannot be excluded.

Changes to these terms

These terms can change for future purchases. The version in force when you bought applies to your purchase, and the date at the top says when this page last changed.
